Customers must fulfill the following criteria in order to open a GX Account
- Malaysian
- Individuals aged 18 years and above
- Does not hold any savings account with GXBank at the time of application
- Hold a bank account with another bank in Malaysia
- Have a Malaysia registered mobile number
After successful account opening, customers are required to make a fund-in deposit to activate their account.

1. Ensure that your MyKad is in good condition (not faded / no tear in the plastic film).
2. Find a well-lit area to capture a clear image of your MyKad. Watch out for glares and avoid obstructing the image with your fingers.
3. Make sure that your selfie is sharp and that your facial features are clearly visible.

Open your GXBank app
1. Tap on “Send Money” on the top bar.
2. Click on the ellipse button.
3. Tap on “Schedule and automate”
You can view a list of scheduled transfers, the start time and end date of the transfers.
You can only access your account on one device at a time, and you'll need to remove your account from your device under your profile settings if you would like to uninstall the app. This is to prevent unauthorized access of your account.
